Taking a sauna has multiple benefits: it improves your health, cardiovascular performance, it is also a beauty treatment: it cleans your body and skin and helps to lose weight. Sauna is an aesthetic pleasure, an experience for your senses.

Our saunas can be used also as a holiday home or chalet.

STRUCTURE OF THE WALLS

The main wall of the sauna is made of  coniferous wood. Between the main outside wall and roofing there is an opening of 3 cm with a OSB board inserted. The interior is clad with the boards from lime tree and aspen oder alder wood. Between the clothing boards and the main wall a heat reflective foil is glued. The sauna is impregnated with the SPA oil.

The 5-meter-long sauna can accomodate both in the dress-room, as well as in the sauna  up to 6 people. In the dress-room  there is folding table and folding benches.

The heating of the sauna takes up to 45 minutes. Sauna can be heated with electric or wood burning stove.
