Our manifacture has all necessary infrastructure: a drying chamber, assembly factory and other necessary processing machines. We employ about 14 people.
Our products are designed and manufactured with the environment in mind. The production process at Eskalada & Co factory is environmentally friendly and materials are used efficiently. All the wood we buy from local enterprises. Coniferous: spruce and pine, and deciduous trees: aspen, lime alder, oak and ash.
Our work starts with the wood cutting and ends with a collection and delivery of saunas or other products
Production of Mobile Saunas
The main wall of the sauna is made of coniferous wood. Between the main outside wall and roofing there is an opening of 3 cm with a OSB board inserted. The interior is clad with the boards from lime tree and aspen oder alder wood. Between the clothing boards and the main wall a heat reflective foil is glued. The sauna is impregnated with the SPA oil.
Unique, oak outdoor furniture
By production of our outdoor furniture we carefully prepare the oak wood: first we flip-off tree bark and sapwood until we reach the core of the tree. Only with the core, oak wood retains durability and highest quality.
Oak does not interact with the metal and due to acidity becomes black. Therefore our outdoor furniture is produced exclusively with Oak pins, no metal nails. At the end, our Oak products are impregnated German special oak impregnants REMMERS.
